Let’s make space for them.
Root Trust Practice Room is a monthly virtual gathering for women who want to understand their pelvic health, explore the connection between body and nervous system, and actually practice listening to what their body is asking for.

You know your body better than anyone.
But that doesn't mean you're always sure what it's trying to tell you.
Maybe you've wondered:
Why does my pelvic floor feel tight when I'm stressed?
Why do my symptoms seem to change from month to month?
Is this normal?
Why does sex feel different sometimes?
Why do I leak when I exercise even though I've done Kegels?
What does my nervous system have to do with my pelvic health?
Why do I feel disconnected from this part of my body?
What am I actually supposed to do when something feels off?
And maybe you've Googled it.
Asked your doctor.
Asked your friends.
Saved a dozen Instagram posts.
And you're still left thinking:
Okay... but what does this actually mean for me?
Let's be real.
You don't need another list of things to fix.
You need space to understand. Pelvic health isn't just about muscles. It's connected to your movement, your breath, your nervous system, your hormones, your experiences, and the way you've learned to move through the world. Sometimes the most useful thing you can do isn't try harder or add another exercise to your routine. It's slow down, get curious, and learn to listen to what your body is telling you. Root Trust is a place to do exactly that.
Welcome to
A place to learn, ask, practice, and explore.
Each month, we gather virtually for a live experience that combines pelvic-health education with embodied practice and honest conversation.
Some months we might talk anatomy.
Some months we might explore the nervous system.
We might move.
We might breathe.
We might talk about sex, periods, pregnancy, postpartum, pain, pleasure, pressure, or the things you weren't sure you were "allowed" to ask.
And sometimes, you'll simply realize:
Oh. Me too.
That's part of the practice.
01
Learn
Understand your body in a way that goes beyond the usual “tight or weak?” conversation. We’ll explore pelvic health, anatomy, movement, hormones, the nervous system, and all the little connections that can make your symptoms make a whole lot more sense.
02
Practice
Because knowing something intellectually and actually experiencing it in your body are two different things. We’ll use movement, breath, awareness, and simple nervous-system practices to help you take what you’re learning and actually feel the difference.
03
Connect
Bring the questions you've been carrying around. The ones you weren't sure were worth making an appointment for, the ones that feel a little awkward to say out loud, and the ones you thought you were the only person wondering about. This is a space to ask, listen, share, and realize that you're probably not the only one.
This is not
another thing to keep up with.
It's not:
❌ another 30-day challenge
❌ another workout program
❌ a giant library of videos you'll never watch
❌ a replacement for individualized medical care
❌ a place where you're expected to "fix" yourself
It's a place to come back to each month.
Come when you have a question, when something feels different, or when you simply want to understand your body a little better. Come when you need a place to talk through something you've been wondering about, or just a reminder that you're probably not the only one wondering about it.
The Plan
The Gathering
A live virtual teaching session centered around a pelvic-health topic.
The Practice
An embodied experience — movement, breath, awareness, nervous-system work, or another way of bringing the lesson into your body.
The Conversation
Time for questions, reflection, and the things that inevitably come up when women get honest about their bodies.
And you don’t have to be “good” at any of it!
What if you stopped fighting your body long enough to listen to it?
A lot of pelvic-health messaging is built around correction.
Strengthen this. Relax that. Fix this symptom.Do these exercises. And there is a very valid and beautiful place for all of that. In fact, I’ve spent the last 14 years building my career in that space.
But Root Trust asks a different question:
What happens when you begin to understand your body instead of constantly trying to correct it?
That's where the practice is. It’s not comfy. It’s not perfect. And for high achieving women of a certain millennial persuasion it’s essential.
The goal is a relationship with your body that becomes more informed, curious, and trusting over time.
Who Should Come Inside the Practice Room?
✅ You love learning about your body.
✅ You have questions that never seem quite important enough to make an entire PT appointment.
✅ You're curious about the connection between your pelvic health and your nervous system.
✅ You want practical tools without being handed another rigid protocol.
✅ You're navigating changes in your body and want somewhere to make sense of them.
✅ You want to talk about pelvic health without feeling embarrassed.
✅ You want community, but not another Facebook group where everyone posts once and disappears.
✅ You’re interested in exploring your body with curiosity instead of criticism.
I’m Dr. Marysa Warnhoff, a pelvic health physical therapist, business owner, and someone who has spent a lot of time being curious about the human body.
I started my practice because I wanted women to have a different kind of experience with healthcare. One where you have time to ask questions, where your symptoms are actually connected to the bigger picture, and where you don’t leave feeling like your body is something you need to fix.
Over the years, my work has taken me far beyond pelvic floor muscles. I’ve become fascinated by the connections between the nervous system, pain, breath, hormones, emotions and energy. Our bodies respond to everything we experience and tying it all together takes some practice.
Women come into my office and ask again and again, “Wait… is that normal?” or “I’ve always wondered why…” or “Could this be connected?”
That’s a big part of why I created Root Trust Practice Room.
I wanted a place where we could slow down, get curious, talk about the things that don’t always fit neatly into an appointment, and actually practice some of what we’re learning together.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for before you join. You just need to be curious about your body and willing to explore.
And if you know me, you know there will probably be a lot of education, a little woo woo, and some personal stories mixed in, too.
I can’t wait to see you inside!

Before you join FAQs
-
The calls will be recorded and accessible through our platform. You will also be able to submit questions prior to the call if you’d like something answered (even if you won’t be there live).
-
No! This is a great way to expand your pelvic health knowledge and learn if more individualized care is right for you. If you are a PT patient, the practice room is fabulous for accountability and deepening your understanding.
-
This is not skilled physical therapy. The Root Trust Practice Room is a virtual experience anchored in community and education.
-
A three month commitment is required and then you may cancel at any time. Three months gives you enough time to learn something new, try it in your own body, notice what changes, come back with questions, and build on what you’ve already explored. It also gives the community a little consistency and space for real connection to develop.
-
Amazing! Let’s keep it that way. My goal is to teach you about pelvic health principles and anatomy, be here as a resource, and guide you in practices that keep you well.
-
That’s exactly why this space exists. To remove the stigma. But I get it. You can always ask a question privately in the chat or submit a question before our gathering.
You don't have to have all the answers.
You just need a place to keep asking better questions.
Welcome to Root Trust Practice Room.
A monthly space to learn your body, practice listening, and remember:
You are allowed to be curious about yourself.
