Prenatal Yoga Series

Join us for a 6 week prenatal yoga series! You’ll enjoy these gentle 75 minute classes with teacher, Nevada Roughton, RYT, as you connect to your breath, movement and your baby. Appropriate for any stage of pregnancy. Drop-in option based on availability!

Postpartum Yoga Series

Reconnect with your core and bond with other moms and babies in our postpartum yoga series. This 6 week series of classes will help you to safely return to movement and breath as you transition into motherhood. Non-crawling babies are welcome to join you on the mat! Perfect for those 6 weeks to 6+ months postpartum.
